5 Most Popular Children Party Games

1.) Musical Chairs
Line up alternate facing chairs, one less than the number of children playing. The players move around the chairs while the music is playing. When the music stops they have to sit down on a free chair, the player without a chair is out. Take away one chair each time someone is eliminated. Repeat until you have 2 players and 1 chair. The person who sits down first wins!

2.) Egg and Spoon Race
Give each child that's playing the game a spoon, then place an egg on the spoon. The children must walk from the starting line to the finish line without dropping the egg. The first one to cross the finish line with the egg still on their spoon wins!

3.) Pin the Tail on the Donkey
Stick the picture of a donkey with a missing tail on a wall (low enough so that all the children can reach). One at a time each is blindfolded and handed a paper "tail". The blindfolded child is then spun around until he/she is disoriented. The child moves around and tries to pin the tail on the donkey. The player who pins their tail closest to the target wins!

4.) Three -Legged Race
Have the children pair up. Next tie one player's left leg to the other player's right. The children must walk from the starting line to the finish line while attached to another person. The pair to cross the finish line first wins!

5.) Ballon Relay
Seperate the children into groups of 10. Each team gets 10 balloons. The first one to go in each team must blow the balloon up, then run to a marked line and pop the balloon by sitting or stomping on it. Once the balloon has popped, they must run back and tag the next team member who repeats the process. The winner is the team who has popped all their balloons first.
